Located between Starcross Pier and Cockwood. A very good mooring position and rarely come up for sale in this area, so good for Starcross facilities and clubs also River Exe Taxis from Exmouth.

There is approximately 5’ to 6’ at LWS taking a vessel up to 30’ maximum and 5 ton weight. This mooring had new bouys fitted in 2025 and annually serviced by Exeter Port Authority. All fees/ licences paid for until 2027.
